Plans and limits
Access depends on your current plan, remaining allowance, and permissions for the selected Google connection and account. AdvisorPPC enforces these checks on its servers for every assistant.
What does the free plan include?
Google Ads reporting and analysis within your monthly allowance.
- 20 Google Ads API requests per month. Each outbound request counts, including discovery, pagination and retries.
- 100 cached or local report reads per month. These reads make no Google Ads API request. Cached reports show when their data was fetched.
- Read-only. Reporting, audits, search term analysis, recommendations, change history. Nothing in your accounts can change.
- Google Ads reads. Free uses the same Google Ads audit tools, subject to allowance and account access. GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console and YouTube reads require the appropriate existing paid access.
A tool can make several Google Ads requests. Start with a broad report and reuse its data for follow-up analysis before requesting more detail. Workspace status, connection help, saved change-plan receipts and AdvisorPPC news do not consume report allowance. The standard renewal is monthly UTC; your workspace allowance shows any account-specific limit and renewal setting.
What do paid plans unlock?
- Supported writes. Examples include Google Ads budget and bid adjustments, campaign status changes and negative keywords. The tool catalog lists the operations supported by this endpoint and their access requirements.
- Higher call quotas. Room for daily monitoring and multi account work rather than an occasional check.
- Other Google services. GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager and YouTube require the relevant paid entitlement and Google permissions.
Current pricing lives in one place so it can never be stale here: see https://advisorppc.com, or the pricing page on this host. This documentation deliberately quotes no prices.
How is the quota enforced?
Google Ads API requests and cached or local report reads have separate Free allowances.
- AdvisorPPC checks whether your current plan includes the requested capability before running it.
- For Free Google Ads reads, each outbound API attempt reserves allowance before it is sent. Pages and retries count separately. If allowance runs out during a report, the next request is refused; earlier requests still count.
- A successful cached or local report read counts against the separate local allowance. Workspace status, connection help, saved receipts and news are unmetered.
- A refusal explains the missing entitlement or exhausted allowance. Check your workspace for current access and renewal information. A provider timeout during a write can leave an unknown outcome; inspect the saved receipt and account state before attempting the change again.
Free calls can be refused because an allowance is exhausted, the tool writes data, or it reads a Google service other than Ads. See troubleshooting for the corresponding next steps.
Can a free account use a visible write tool?
No. A client may display the app's supported tools, including capabilities outside your current access. AdvisorPPC checks your entitlement again when a tool is called. Free access remains read-only, and every provider write requires the appropriate paid access and Google permissions.
Changing or cancelling
Manage your existing plan from your AdvisorPPC dashboard. The dashboard shows its current status and any cancellation date. Access follows that status, your remaining allowance and Google permissions; a tool appearing in your assistant does not establish access. Billing and plan questions go to contact@advisorppc.com, while technical questions go to support@advisorppc.com. Both are listed on the support page.
