Terms of Service
AdvisorPPC MCP Connector
Last updated: 2026-08-06
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AdvisorPPC MCP Connector and its associated remote Model Context Protocol ("MCP") server (collectively, the "Service"), operated by AdvisorPPC ("we," "us," or "our"). By connecting an advertising account, authorizing access, or otherwise using the Service, you ("you" or the "User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
The Service is a remote MCP server that connects to your own advertising and related marketing accounts (for example, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, Reddit Ads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, X, and analytics or tag-management platforms) through those platforms' official Application Programming Interfaces ("APIs"). The Service can read account data and, when you authorize it, take write actions on your accounts, such as creating, modifying, pausing, enabling, or removing campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, budgets, bids, audiences, conversions, and related settings.
The Claude connector exposes the full availability-filtered catalog of more than 600 purpose-built read, reporting, write and management tools. Generic meta-dispatchers are excluded. Tool availability depends on your account permissions, plan, provider configuration and AdvisorPPC access controls.
Each write action that changes provider state is presented to you for per-action confirmation before it is executed. You are responsible for reviewing the proposed action in your AI client before approving it and for monitoring the resulting account state.
2. Authorization and Your Responsibility
You represent and warrant that you own, control, or are duly authorized to manage each advertising account you connect to the Service, and that you have the authority to grant the access required for the Service to operate.
You authorize every action you confirm, and you remain solely responsible for your advertising accounts and all spend associated with them. By confirming an action, you direct us to carry it out on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing each proposed action before confirming it, for setting and monitoring campaign budgets and bids, for the advertising costs and charges billed by the underlying platforms, and for the content, targeting, and compliance of the campaigns operated through your accounts. We do not control platform billing and are not a party to your agreements with the advertising platforms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and the terms, policies, and program requirements of each advertising platform you access. You agree not to:
- use the Service to access accounts you do not own or are not authorized to manage;
- use the Service to engage in fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise unlawful advertising or activity;
- attempt to circumvent an approval, automation, access-control, rate-limit, or security feature of the Service;
- interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the design, prompts, tool logic, or internal workings of the Service (see Section 4A), or resell or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted; or
- use the Service in any manner that violates an advertising platform's API terms or acceptable-use policies.
4. Official APIs Only, No Scraping
The Service interacts with advertising platforms exclusively through those platforms' official, authorized APIs. The Service does not scrape, crawl, or use unauthorized automated means to extract data from any platform's web interface, and it does not access platform data outside the scope granted by the official API authorization you provide. You agree not to use the Service to attempt any such activity.
4A. Proprietary Tool Catalog; No Reverse Engineering or Copying
The Service's tool catalog (tool names, descriptions, guidance text, argument schemas, safety and approval flows, workflow structure, prompt and instruction text, error copy, and report formats, together the "Catalog") is a proprietary, copyrighted work of AdvisorPPC. It is licensed to you solely so that you, and AI assistants acting on your behalf within an authorized session, can operate your own accounts through the Service. It is not licensed for any other purpose.
Except to the limited extent a prohibition is unenforceable under mandatory applicable law, you agree not to, and not to permit or direct any person, program, or AI agent to:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the Service's source code, prompts, heuristics, or internal design;
- systematically enumerate, harvest, scrape, export, or archive the Catalog or any substantial portion of it;
- use the Catalog, or outputs of the Service, to build, train, prompt, fine-tune, or improve a product or dataset that competes with the Service, or to replicate the Service's tool surface in another MCP server, plugin, GPT, agent, or API;
- remove, obscure, or falsify proprietary notices, or misrepresent the origin of the Service or its outputs.
Accessing the Service with an AI assistant constitutes acceptance of this Section on behalf of that assistant's operator. We log tool-surface access patterns and treat systematic catalog extraction as a material breach: it may result in immediate suspension under Section 7 and pursuit of all remedies available under contract and intellectual-property law. If you want to build on top of the Service instead of around it, write to the address in Section 10; partnership is usually the better deal.
5. "As Is," No Warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that it will achieve any particular advertising, performance, or financial result. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, changes, or behavior of any third-party advertising platform or its API.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ADVISORPPC OR ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR ADVERTISING SPEND, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY ACTION YOU APPROVED, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE EXTENT ANY LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
7. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service and revoke its access to your accounts at any time through the relevant platform's authorization settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if required to protect the Service or other users, or if an advertising platform revokes or restricts the access on which the Service depends. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive, including authorization and responsibility, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law, survive termination.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service, are governed by the laws applicable at AdvisorPPC's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at that location for the resolution of any such dispute. Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which you reside.
